London, 5th April: ECI Partners, the leading growth-focused mid-market private equity firm, today announces that it has further expanded its Origination Team, welcoming Tsvetelina Delcheva who joins as an Origination Manager.
Tsvetelina joins ECI from working in Origination within FTI Consulting’s Transaction Services team, where she was responsible for tracking deal pipelines, identifying relevant investments for private equity funds, and shortlisting suitable acquisition targets. Prior to FTI Consulting, Tsvetelina was a Manager at Gerson Lehrman Group, where she managed a portfolio of private equity and investment firms, with a focus on mid-market private equity firms based in the DACH region.
Tsvetelina, who is a fluent German speaker having studied Business Administration in Austria, will be working with the ECI investment team to originate investment opportunities with a particular focus on the European market.
Tsvetelina is ECI’s second hire into the Origination Team in the last two months, with Victoria Gustavsson having joined the team as an Analyst in February.
