ClearCourse’s proprietary payments acceptance solution is designed to seamlessly integrate with software platforms and help businesses grow in a digital-first economy
London | 05 October 2021 – ClearCourse Partnership LLP (“ClearCourse” or “the Group”), a group of innovative technology brands providing embedded software solutions, announces that its proprietary payments acceptance solution, ClearAccept, has signed over 300 merchants and exceeded £130m contracted payments on the platform since its successful launch earlier this year. Authorised by the FCA, ClearAccept has been designed by ClearCourse’s leading team of technology experts from the ground up to be compatible with any software platform, providing ClearCourse brands and their clients full control of their user experience, while minimising the burden of security and compliance.
ClearCourse will continue to invest in the further development and scaling of ClearAccept, both via strategic acquisition opportunities and organic growth measures. The platform has an extremely strong pipeline of new customers who will be migrating to Clear Accept over the coming months. ClearCourse expects to see a further c.£300m of payments flow converted by year-end 2021, as well as a near doubling of customer numbers.
Gerry Gualtieri, CEO of ClearCourse, commented: “When ClearCourse was founded in 2018, it was set up with the vision of helping technology companies that never want to stop moving forward become more efficient and grow. All ClearCourse brands are leaders within their sectors, and as their trusted partner, ClearCourse is on a mission to help each brand develop their solutions while adding essential functionality to support their clients and customers. Streamlining payments is a big part of this. We are pleased with the way ClearAccept has scaled in these initial months and have no doubt that this momentum is set to continue as we go on investing in the platform.”
Now, more than ever, businesses require an integrated payments system that is tailored to their needs as well as flexible and secure. The ClearAccept platform has been developed to meet the evolving requirements of all the brands under the ClearCourse umbrella.
Mark Roberts, Divisional Director of the ClearCourse Payments Division, said: “For too long, merchants have had little say in the development of the payment solutions needed to run their businesses more effectively. The ClearAccept platform is an exciting advancement for technology vendors across the ClearCourse Group as well as their clients looking for a flexible, digital payments solution that works seamlessly with their existing technologies. We are now live with online and POS payments, with more than 300 merchants and a little over £130m of contracted payments flow on the platform. We may have just scratched the surface but it’s a huge achievement because the last six months have demonstrated that we’re on the right track. We are investing heavily in our payments division to ensure we’re servicing all ClearCourse brands with future-proofed, integrated solutions that streamline and enhance the payment process for businesses.”
ClearAccept offers the Group brands across all divisions the opportunity to capitalise on synergies from other group companies’ integrated services to further refine operational efficiency.
